We offer Quarter, half and whole beef for purchase.

• The Quarter Beef Share comes precut to our specifications. Click HERE for info and ordering!!
• The Half Beef is cut to your liking. We get you in contact with our butcher shop so you can have is cut and packaged just the way you like it. The Price is $5.50 lb on the hanging weight (approx. 200lb) and the processing is around $1 lb. Specialty item like patties and sausage would incur extra cost. You can expect to receive around 125-150lbs of meat.
• The Whole Beef is cut to your liking. We get you in contact with our butcher shop so you can have is cut and packaged just the way you like it. The Price is $5.50 lb on the hanging weight (approx. 400lb) and the processing is around $1 lb. Specialty item like patties and sausage would incur extra cost. You can expect to receive 275-300lbs of meat.

Pork

• The Half Hog and Whole Hog are priced at $2.50lb hanging weight. Processing is approximately $1.00lb. We get you in contact with the butcher shop so you can get it cut the way you prefer.

Whole Lamb

• Our Whole lamb is $7.00lb on the hanging weight. The processing is approximately $1.00lb. We will get you in contact with the butcher shop to get the cuts the way you prefer.
